What we collect
- Your name, email address and mobile number.
- The pickup location you pin on the map (its coordinates) and the address detail you enter.
- Your device details: type, brand, model, serial number, purchase date and invoice image.
- Maintenance request details: the fault you describe, any photos you attach, and the request's status history.
- Payment records via our payment provider (we never store your card details).
Why we collect it
To run the service: verify warranty coverage, process maintenance requests, arrange collection and return of your device, issue invoices, and contact you about your request.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the parties needed to deliver the service:
- Mrsool (delivery) — we send your name, mobile number, pickup location and a description of the parcel. The courier who collects your device sees this and can call you.
- Warranty providers and service centres — your device details, the fault description and your purchase invoice.
- Moyasar (payments) — to process service fees.
- Our email provider — to send sign-in codes and request notifications.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open. When you delete your account we remove your devices, your saved address and your personal details. Completed request and invoice records remain, stripped of your personal information, because we are required to retain them for accounting and for any delivery-related claim.
Your rights
You can view and correct your data from the Profile screen in the app. You can also delete your account entirely from that same screen — you do not have to email us to do it.
Account deletion is not possible while a repair is in progress, because we may be holding your device and need your address to return it.
Security
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection, and access is limited to the operations staff who need it to handle your request.
Children
The service is not directed at anyone under 18.
